Spoil yourself at umSisi House
We have a number of yoga teachers and massage therapists who can be booked during your stay at umSisi House. They have been practising various Healing Arts for over 15 years - in cities, luxury game lodges and now here with us. Your stay at umSisi House can only be made more relaxing and rejuvenating by spoiling yourself to a treatment with one of these gifted individuals. Please book ahead to avoid disappointment and enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating treatment, ensuring a meditative experience that stills the mind, restores energy and creates inner balance.
They have trained in a variety of massage disciplines including Swedish Body, Aroma-Thai, Aromatherapy, Sport / Deep Tissue, Indian Head, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage and more. They use their years of experience combined with their intuition to unwind tension and stress in the body and mind.
Our teachers offer a gentle Hatha / Vinyassa class - preferably outdoors or on our veranda overlooking the vast valley below umSisi House or a more vigorous Kundalini class. Their passion lies in connecting their pupils with nature, and the full African experience, through stretching and strengthening the body and mind with a relaxing yoga experience.
